Herscher Area Consignment Auction is a family owned and operated business for more than 20 years in conjunction with Tom Witvoet and Sons Farm Equipment located in Herscher, Illinois.
We have four farm and industrial equipment auctions a year. These are on the first Tuesday in March, August, and December and on the first Saturday in May. All of our auctions are open to the public and all sales are final to the highest bidder.
The Terms and Conditions for an auction is included in the advertising material and is posted the day of the auction. Some equipment listed on the auctions are sold prior to auction date up until seven days before the auction. If interested in an item, please call for availability at 815.426.2308.
Our auctions offer a large variety of farm and construction/industrial equipment including tractors, combines and heads, tillage equipment, planters, sprayers, hay equipment, skidsteers, forklifts, loaders, backhoes, dozers, crawlers, from many different manufacturers such as JD, International, Ford, New Holland, Case, Massey Ferguson, DMI, Woods, Landpride and White. We have many buyers on our mailing list from the USA, Canada and Mexico who receive our auction flyers.
Whether you have one or many pieces of equipment to consign, we take consignments daily 8AM-5PM except Sunday. Our auction rates are very reasonable and trucking can be arranged if needed for a reasonable rate.
We also offer auction services for anyone who is retiring, downsizing, complete closeouts and estates. Auctions can be held at a customer's site or at the Herscher Area Consignment Auction Site. Our Auctioneer will assist you in selecting the best date for your auction and explain the many options for advertising, such as websites, newspapers and auction flyers.
Advertising rates vary and are discussed prior to a signed contract. Our auction service offers clean-up, set-up and lining up the equipment. We believe that our many years of experience in the auction and
equipment business along with our commitment to customer satisfaction helps to meet your needs for achieving a successful auction.
